Service Agreement

This contract confirms that MLULEKI KONDILE agrees to compensate GREEN BOX STUDIO (PTY) LTD, hereafter referred to as the “Service Provider”, for services rendered as outlined in quotation QUO-170, through the following structured payment plan.

1. Payment Terms

The total amount payable under this agreement is R1,716.00, to be settled over a period of 12 months, beginning 01 September 2025 and concluding 31 August 2026. Payments shall be made monthly according to the following schedule:

2. Late Payment & Penalties

Failure to adhere to the payment schedule will result in the following penalties:

A 5% late fee will be applied to any overdue amount per month.
Insufficient payments or bounced transactions will incur a fee of R20 per failed transaction.

3. Agreement Terms

By signing this agreement, both parties acknowledge and accept the terms stated herein.

Any amendments to this agreement must be made in writing and signed by both parties.
Each party will receive a printed copy of this agreement and is responsible for upholding its terms.
