Description
Payment Plan Agreement
Between: Green Box Studio (“Service Provider”)
And: Mluleki Kondile (“Client”)
Date: September 10, 2025
Reference: Quotation QUO-173 dated September 8, 2025
1. Scope of Work
Green Box Studio agrees to deliver the services outlined in Quotation QUO-173, including:
- Auction Function WooCommerce integration (40 hours)
- Multivendor Functionality and Admin Product Management (25 hours)
Total Contract Value: R32,500.00
2. Payment Terms
The Client agrees to pay the total amount in six equal monthly installments as follows:

3. Deposit & Commencement
The Client agrees to make the first installment payment of R5,427.50 prior to the commencement of any work. Upon receipt of this initial payment, Green Box Studio will begin delivering the services outlined in Quotation QUO-173.
4. Late Payment
A grace period of 5 business days is allowed for each installment. Late payments may incur a penalty of R250.00 per overdue installment unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement with 14 days’ written notice. In the event of termination, the Client shall pay for work completed up to the termination date, calculated proportionally.
6. General Terms
- This agreement is binding upon signature by both parties.
- Any changes must be agreed upon in writing.
- Disputes will be resolved through mediation before legal action is considered.
